Herdade do Peru is undeniably elegant: vineyards, views, that quiet grandeur. When we stepped in, the bones were there. Our job was to soften the edges and make it feel less formal, more lived-in. Cheese boards are already waiting at the table. Napkins and cushions are all slightly different. Little details that break the stiffness and bring ease. Behind the scenes, we kept everything tight. In front of it, it felt relaxed and natural.
